Standard Terms
All bookings are subject to confirmation and availability. Full payment is required upfront to secure your booking slot. We pride ourselves on reliability and professionalism for both mobile and unit-based services.

Cancellations
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any booking changes or cancellations. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the forfeiture of your payment, as specific time slots are allocated for each booking.

Vehicle Condition
Our package pricing assumes a standard level of vehicle maintenance. Vehicles with excessive pet hair, mould, heavy staining, or extreme mud may incur additional charges. Any adjustments will be discussed and agreed upon prior to work commencing.

Mobile Access
For mobile services, safe access to the vehicle and a suitable working environment must be provided. Our team operates with professional-grade equipment and requires sufficient space and safe conditions to carry out services to our standards.
