Standard Terms
All bookings are subject to confirmation and availability. We pride ourselves on reliability and professionalism for both mobile and unit-based services across the UK.

Cancellations
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any booking changes or cancellations. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your deposit as we allocate specific time slots for each high-end detail.

Condition
Our package pricing assumes a standard level of maintenance. Vehicles with excessive pet hair, mold, heavy staining, or extreme mud will be quoted accordingly upon inspection before work begins.

Access
For mobile services, we require safe access to the vehicle and a suitable working environment. Our team covers all of the UK mobile with high-end equipment and requires sufficient space to perform to our standards.
